Employee Arrangement
If both you and us agree that you are a great fit for our team, then you will be made an offer of employment based on your skills and years of relevant experience.
In addition to your Base Rate and other benefits already listed above, you will receive the following:
- Superannuation of 11%
- Four Weeks Annual Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
- Two Weeks Sick/Personal Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
- All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law
- A Continuing Professional Development Budget
Sub-contracted Position
If both you and us agree that you are a great fit for our team, then you will be offered a contract based on your skills and years of relevant experience. Rates for services are negotiated and can also be impacted by marketing requirements, administration load and a range of other factors (as we take care of all this on your behalf!).
